WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you've taken your new PaOf shoes, for their 30-day trial run,* and you've decided—for any reason—they're just not perfect, here's how to get started on a return. And remember, PaOf Shoes Members always enjoy free returns.

PaOF Shoes MEMBERS

1. SIGN IN. To get a pre-paid return label, the first step is to sign in to your Member profile on PaOfShoes.com. Tapping the button below will take you directly to your orders page once you've signed in. 

2. SELECT THE ITEMS TO RETURN. On your orders page on PaOFshoes.com, scroll to one of the items you'd like to return and tap "View or Manage" to open the order. Then within the order, select "Start Return". 3. SUBMIT RETURN. Select all the items you want to return. Provide a reason for each and hit "Submit Return".

4. PRINT YOUR LABEL. As soon as you submit your return, we'll automatically email you a pre-paid return label. You can also choose to download a label.

5. SEND IT BACK. Pack your items in a delivery box and securely attach the pre-paid return label. You can then drop the return package at a Royal Mail location.

GO TO YOUR ORDER. If you purchased on PaOFshoes.com as a guest, you'll need to access the items you want to return using your order number and email address. Your order number can be found in any of the emails we sent to you about your order.

Once on your order, scroll to one of the items you want to return and select "Return Items". Then follow the steps above—starting with submit return.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

So when it's time to make your PaOFshoes.com purchase, you can use any of these payment options:

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.

  • Apple Pay.

  • PayPal.

  • PaOFshoes Vouchers Gift Cards.

  • Product Vouchers.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Enjoy savings next time you shop at PaOF Shoes with one of our discounted gift cards. Alternatively, if you have an unwanted Paof Shoes gift card, you can sell your gift card to us for cash.

HOW DO I CANCEL THE ORDER, I HAVE PLACED?

Order can be canceled till the same is out for delivery. Note: This may not be applicable for certain logistics partner. You would see an option to cancel within 'My Orders' section under the main menu of your App/Website/M-site then select the item or order you want to cancel. In case you are unable to cancel the order from'My Orders' section, you can refuse it at the time of delivery and refund will be processed into the source account.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Enter your answer here. Be thoughtful, write clearly and concisely, and consider adding written as well as visual examples. Go over what you’ve written to make sure that if it was the first time you were visiting the site, you’d understand your answer.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

If you made your purchase with a debit or credit card, you will see your refund within 5-10 business days from the processing date, however it could take up to 10 days for your refund to reach your banking institution. A Paypal refund should be reflected within 2-5 business days from the processing date.

I PRINTED OUT MY LABEL AND MISPLACED IT, HOW CAN I RETRIEVE IT?
